At World Tours and Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your booking and the conditions for receiving a refund. By booking with us, you agree to the policy outlined below.

2. General Cancellation Rules

- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@worldtoursandtravels.in or through our official customer support channels. - Cancellation requests made over the phone will only be considered valid if followed up with a written confirmation email. - The cancellation period is calculated from the date and time we receive your written request.

3. Domestic Tour Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date: **80% refund** of the total booking amount. - Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the travel date: **50% refund** of the total booking amount. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel: **No refund**.

4. International Tour Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the travel date: **75% refund** of the total booking amount. - Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the travel date: **40% refund** of the total booking amount. - Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: **No refund**.

5. Flight, Train, and Other Transport Bookings

Transport bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airline, railway, or service provider. Any refund for these services will be processed according to the provider’s terms and conditions.

6. Hotel and Accommodation Bookings

Hotel booking cancellations will follow the policy set by the respective hotel. This may vary depending on the season, room type, and rate plan selected during booking.

7. Refund Processing Time

- Refunds will be processed within **7 to 14 business days** from the date of cancellation approval. - Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during booking. - Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or service charges are non-refundable.

8. Non-Refundable Services

Certain promotional offers, last-minute bookings, festival packages, and peak season tours are strictly non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, we may offer rescheduling options or travel credits instead of refunds.
